Monthly In-Person Group Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey -

The Old Print Works, 2nd Floor, The Sound School, 498-506 Moseley Rd, Balsall Heath, Birmingham B12 9AH

On the 1st Tuesday of each month, at 7pm till 8.30pm, we gather in this sanctuary of breath, a space where nothing is expected of you, and everything you are is welcome.

Here, the breath becomes both guide and medicine… a bridge back to the quiet, steady truth that lives beneath the noise of the mind.

These fully guided sessions are an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying stress you can’t quite shake, or simply longing for a space where you can exhale fully, you’ll find room here.
And if you’re already on your breathwork journey, this is a place to continue to deepen, to unearth what no longer serves, to shed old stories, and to reconnect with the vastness of who you really are.

Monthly Online Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey

A monthly invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself, held in a gentle online space you can access from wherever you are.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that uses the rhythm of the breath to support relaxation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the body. By bringing awareness to the breath, the nervous system is given the opportunity to soften, the busy mind can quieten, and space is created to reconnect with how you’re really feeling beneath the surface.

These online sessions offer a nourishing pause from the pace of everyday life, guided carefully and intuitively through breath and music. You’ll be invited into a deeper, embodied experience that supports grounding, clarity, and a sense of inner spaciousness, without needing any previous experience or knowledge.

Practising online allows you to settle into the comfort of your own familiar environment, without the need to travel. All that’s needed is a private, uninterrupted space where you can lie down, relax, and give yourself permission to simply be with your breath.

Each journey is held with care and intention, creating a supportive container for release, insight, and reconnection. Many people leave feeling calmer, more centred, and more at ease in themselves, with the effects gently rippling into daily life.

Monday Morning Shake & Unwind

Movement Practice

This is a gentle, guided session designed to help you wake up the body, release held tension, and arrive more fully into your day through movement, music, and moments of stillness. The practice moves through shaking, intuitive unwinding, free expressive movement, and a quiet resting phase, allowing the body and nervous system to soften and reset in a natural, supportive way.

Roots & Bones - 1 Day Immersive

Breathwork Retreat

Roots & Bones is a one day embodied retreat inviting you to slow down, soften, and come home to the deeper layers of yourself.

This day is an exploration of where you come from and how you carry it, in your breath, your body, your bones, and your nervous system. Together, we’ll gently explore themes of ancestry, belonging, and connection to land and nature, not through story alone, but through lived, felt experience.

Through conscious connected breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and guided self inquiry, you’ll be invited out of the busy mind and into the wisdom of the body, listening to what has been held, protected, or forgotten beneath the surface.

We’ll work with the elements, earth, water, fire, air, and space, as mirrors for our internal landscape, and close the day with a simple intention setting ritual, offering space for integration, clarity, and grounding.

This retreat is not about fixing or pushing. It’s about remembering, reconnecting, and allowing yourself to be held, by breath, by body, by community.

All practices are trauma informed and optional, and you are welcome exactly as you are.
