Why Breathwork?
The breath is a bridge between the body and the mind. By changing the way we breathe, we can influence how we feel — slowing things down to find calm, or activating energy when we need it most.
Breathwork is more than just a way to regulate the nervous system. It’s a doorway into deeper self-awareness — helping us connect with our own story, the wisdom in our bodies, and the wider web of life.
Every breath we take is shared with the world around us. We’re breathing the same air our ancestors once breathed, the same air that moves through the forests, oceans, and every living being. Breath unites us. And while it happens automatically, making it conscious and intentional can open up profound change.

Breathwork & Somatic Movement
From our very first breath, breathing has been there — quietly keeping us alive without us needing to think about it. Most of the time, we don’t give it much attention. Yet the breath is our most direct connection to life, and one of the most powerful tools we have for healing and transformation.
When we consciously work with the breath, we can shift how our nervous system responds, how our heart beats, and how we experience the world each day.
In my sessions, we use Conscious Connected Breathwork to gently explore and release old stories, beliefs, and trauma held in the body. These patterns often run quietly in the background, shaping how we relate to love, intimacy, money, work, community, and even our own health.
By bringing them into the light of awareness, we give ourselves the chance to soften, to choose differently, and to feel more at home in our own skin.

We’re all shaped by where we’ve come from. We arrive in this world full of innocence, curiosity, and potential — but as life happens, we learn to protect ourselves, to close parts of our hearts, to adapt. Often without realising it, we keep replaying the same old patterns from our past.
Unlearning these patterns isn’t always comfortable, but it is always possible — and it’s one of the most freeing things we can do.
Just like any skill, it deepens with practice. My role is to guide you in exploring your inner and outer worlds, and to share practical tools you can weave into daily life.
Through breath, movement, and awareness of the subtler layers of your being, we open a gentle but powerful inquiry into who you truly are — and into the possibilities that lie beyond the old stories. Together, we bring the hidden parts of your psyche into the light, so you can create more choice, more freedom, and more alignment in how you live.

Energy Healing
Energy healing works with the unseen — the subtle energy that flows through and around every living being. When this flow is disrupted or blocked, it can show up as tension, discomfort, emotional heaviness, or a general sense of feeling “off.”
In a session, I work intuitively to sense and clear these blockages, helping your energy return to balance so your body’s own natural healing processes can do what they’re designed to do. This may involve practices like Reiki, light touch, breath, or working with the chakras — each chosen to support your unique needs in the moment.
Energy healing is gentle and non-invasive, yet it can reach deep — easing stress, releasing stored emotions, relieving pain, and supporting emotional and physical wellbeing.
Rather than simply masking symptoms, this work aims to meet the root cause, restoring flow and harmony throughout your whole being. It’s a holistic, heart-centred way to reconnect with your vitality, your clarity, and your natural state of balance.
Myofascial Energetic Release (MER)
Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) is a deeply restorative form of bodywork that supports healing, emotional release, and transformation. It combines slow, connected touch — sometimes deep and strong, sometimes light and subtle — to help both the body and mind let go of what’s been held for too long.
MER works with the fascia, the connective tissue that weaves through and supports every muscle and organ. Over time, this tissue can hold on to tension, trauma, and stagnant energy. This can leave us feeling tight, restricted, or disconnected from our natural ease. These patterns often build up from years of unexpressed emotions, past injuries, trauma, sedentary living, or chronic conditions.
During a session, you may be invited to actively participate — through gentle movement or dialogue — as a way to deepen the process and connect more fully to your own innate capacity to heal. This is always optional, and the work remains deeply effective even in stillness and silence.
MER can ease pain, release tension, restore mobility, and invite more flow, spaciousness, and freedom into your body — helping you feel more at home in yourself.
